Social Security Disability (SSDI)/ Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
All fees charged in Social Security and SSI disability cases must be approved by the Social Security Administration. Fees are usually 25% of any back benefit you receive. When a lawyer agrees to a maximum fee cap of $5300, the SSA automatically approves the fee and sends it directly to the lawyer. The fee is ALWAYS contingent on success. You Pay No Attorney's Fee Unless We Win.
Clients are usually billed for the costs of medical records and office expenses we have incurred after the case is finished. The expenses may include a doctor's bill if we hire one to conduct an evaluation of your mental or physical impairment.
Personal Injury Law.
The fee charged in Personal Injury cases (where your Injury or Illness caused by the careless or reckless conduct of another person or company) is usually 33.3% (one-third) of any Insurance Settlement or Jury Award you receive. The fee is ALWAYS contingent on success. You Pay No Attorney's Fee Unless We Win.

Many Types of Impairments Qualify for Disability Benefits.
Social Security considers your mental or physical impairment a “Disability” when it prevents (or likely to prevent) you from FULL-TIME for ONE YEAR or more.
We've helped hundreds of people get the benefits they deserve.
Some had Chronic Pain from a Back Injury or Neck Injury. It may have been a work injury or the result of an Auto Accident. Pain that is was serious enough to limit your capacity to lift and carry or to concentrate for extended periods of time affects your ability to work.
Some had suffered Heart Attacks or Strokes. Some had Seizure Disorders, Hepatitis, Liver Disease, Fibromyalgia, or Chronic Fatigue.
Some clients have no physical impairments, but suffer with a mental impairment like Depression or an Anxiety Disorder. These clients often find it impossible to get out of the house on a regular basis. Other Mental Disorders (called personality disorders) prevent some people from getting along with their supervisors or co-workers. These people lose job after job due to arguments, fights, or poor performance.
Almost all of our clients tried to work through their impairments, and many could survive a PART-TIME job. On their good days, things were good and they could function. On their bad days, at least two per month, they could not function. Many can't get out of the house on their bad days.
None of them could SUSTAIN a FULL-TIME (40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week).
